What we do
Funding the supportsno one else will cover.
The Bridge the Gap Fund provides emergency financial assistance and grant funding to individuals with neurological, developmental, learning, mental health, and medical needs who are unable to afford critical services and supports.

Who we serve
Individuals and families across the lifespan.
Many individuals and families know exactly what support they need, but financial barriers stand in the way. We help bridge the gap by funding resources that can be life-changing.
We focus on helping individuals access support when traditional funding sources — insurance, school districts, regional centers, or other systems — are unable to meet the need.
