The Bridge the Gap Fund provides grants of up to $2,500 toward services and supports when traditional funding falls short. Grant funds are typically paid directly to the service provider.

All fields marked with * are required. We aim to provide an initial response to most applications within five business days. Complex requests or applications requiring additional documentation may take longer.
